How do I get an H.Stern item serviced?

In any Retail Store: Please visit the location nearest you and bring us the item that needs service. Please have a copy of your original receipt for reference, if the item is still under warranty. For retail store locations and contact information please click here or call 1-800-7HStern or (1800-747-8376). In New York, please call (212) 688-0300.

You may also contact us at customer.service@hstern.com.br and a customer service representative will contact you or reply within 24 hours.

BY MAIL: If it is more convenient, you may mail your item to the New York Customer Service Center. You must call our New York Customer Service Center at 800.7H.Stern or (1-800-747-8276). There are no H.Stern retail stores where I am currently residing. How can I have my H.Stern piece serviced?

By visiting the "Stores" section of this website, you will see a store locator with a list of all countries that have H.Stern retail stores. If your country is not listed, you may contact the store that is most convenient. If you still have questions, please contact us at customer.service@hstern.com.br.

How can I find out the status of my service order?

Please send an e-mail to customer.service@hstern.com.br and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 48 hours via e-mail or telephone. How long after purchase are products covered by warranty?

The H.Stern International Warranty applies to products purchased from H.Stern and is generally valid for one year from the date of purchase. It covers all manufacturing and technical defects, as well as defective materials and parts. Exceptions apply, such as watches. During the warranty period, you may obtain warranty service at any H.Stern retail store worldwide, except at duty-free and tax-free locations. To ensure that your request for warranty service will be honored, please retain your original sales receipt and any warranty seal. What is the warranty on H.Stern watches?

What is H.Stern’s policy regarding diamonds?

H.Stern does not condone the exploitation of diamonds for illicit or immoral purposes. H.Stern and its affiliates are committed to purchasing diamonds only from reputable dealers who have certified that they operate under the guidelines set forth by the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme.

Established in 2002, the Kimberley Process is a joint government, international diamond industry and civil society initiative, backed by the United Nations, to stem the flow of conflict diamonds worldwide. The Kimberly Process is an innovative, voluntary system that imposes extensive requirements on participants to certify that shipments of rough diamonds are free from conflict diamonds.

H.Stern, as part of the global diamond industry, maintains a strict zero tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds. Our clients can wear H.Stern jewels with the confidence and security of knowing that H.Stern is committed to avoid using products that contain “conflict diamonds”.
