- Areas of Delivery  Purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia.  If you reside in any other country or territory and would like information about purchasing an item, please click here. - Shipping, Handling and Insurance Costs We charge a standard shipping, handling, and insurance fee of $20 for purchases below $2,000. Shipping, handling, and insurance are provided free of charge for purchases above $2,000. Please be aware that someone must be at the "ship to" location to sign for the package and that we will not deliver to post-office boxes. - Delivery Time You will receive the items you have purchased from this site within five to seven business days from the date of purchase, and an e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you within 48 hours of the purchase time. -Delivery Problems If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact our Service Center at usaorder@hstern.net.  Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.
