This document allows the client to exchange or repair his or her jewelry at any H.Stern worldwide. H. Stern believes in making the most exquisite jewelry out of the world's most beautiful gemstones and offering that product to the consumer at the best possible price and backed by an unfaltering customer protection policy. The company achieves this through vertical integration: From mine and design to the sales floor, H.Stern controls every step of its production and marketing.
